1. What You Are Purchasing

When you purchase a track on Octo, you receive lifetime access to that track's content, certification quiz, and certificate of completion. Access is tied to your account.

2. Certificates

Certificates are issued upon passing the certification quiz with a score of 80% or higher. Certificates are tied to the name you provide and are cryptographically signed by Octo. They do not expire.

3. Refund Policy

We offer refunds within 7 days of purchase if you have not yet accessed the certification quiz. To request a refund, contact us at the email below within 7 days of your purchase date.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials or grant access to purchased content to others.
• Reproduce, resell, or redistribute course content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or tamper with certificate verification.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Octo is provided "as is". We make no guarantees about employment outcomes, industry recognition, or that course content will always be up to date.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Octo's liability for any claim arising out of these terms is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant course.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the platform.
